Stephanie Lam has run this material for owners and marketing teams across Malaysia and Singapore. September is the first time it runs as a public hands-on workshop in Sarawak.

Why this workshop exists

Everyone optimises the two ends of the funnel. The money leaks out of the middle.

Ads get blamed for a problem that usually lives after the click. Most owners can tell you their cost per lead. Almost nobody can tell you their cost per closed sale, how long a new enquiry waits before someone replies, or how many replies actually became appointments.

These two days are built to find that leak on your own numbers, and close it before you go home.

This is for you if

  • You are already spending on Meta ads and the enquiries are not closing
  • You have tried ChatGPT or Claude for ad copy and got output that sounded like everyone else
  • Your creative fatigues faster than you can replace it
  • You are cautious about testing, because every test is real money
  • You want the diagnosis, not another course of notes

This is not for you if

  • You are not currently running or producing anything to advertise
  • You want someone to run the ads for you rather than learn to read them
  • You are looking for a "ten posts in ten seconds" AI demo
  • You are not ready to implement in the room, on your own account

Too early for this? That is not a no. We run a free beginner webinar on Saturday 19 September, 10.30am to 12pm online: Meta ads explained from scratch, plus a 30-minute live run-through of Claude for marketing. Message us and we will save you a place. Come to that first, then walk into the room on the 21st ready to build.

What you actually do, hour by hour

Two days, built in sequence

Day one builds the positioning and the AI system. Day two spends it inside Meta. Day two assumes what day one builds, which is why they run together.

Day 1 · Monday 21 September

AENC with Claude

9.30am to 5pm · marketing system and framework with AI
01
Your Second Brain and In-house CMOWhy generic AI output fails. Build the Identity Document, Audience Intelligence and Swipe Library. Lock positioning, mine five angles from real customer language, frame the offer as an outcome.
02
Your CopywriterBrief an AI copywriter to write in your voice. Turn customers' own words into hooks and angles. Captions, carousels and body variants, drafted on-brand.
03
The 1-to-Many Content EngineOne long piece into a month of content. The step-by-step workflow for short videos, carousels, captions, posts and email. Build the Creative Operating Sheet.
04
Map to Your Funnel and Meta FoundationsGive every piece of content a job: attract, build trust, or ask for the sale. Funnel setup. Studying what already works on Meta, Instagram and Google.
05
Reverse Engineer and 30-Day PlanSteal the pattern, not the post. Rebuild it in your voice. Complete your 30-Day Action Plan and commitment round.
Day 2 · Tuesday 22 September

The Meta Intensive

9.30am to 5pm · Meta ads, follow-up and closing system
01
Meta Ads Setup and StructureHow to lay out campaigns and ad sets so the structure serves what you are actually trying to sell. Objectives, audiences and placements explained as business decisions, not settings. Hands-on campaign setup on your own account.
02
Creative Testing at Component LevelChange one thing at a time, so you know which part actually made the difference. Take one idea and cut three versions of it, for people who have never heard of you, people still deciding, and people ready to buy. Build a structured test, not a guess.
03
The Follow-Up SystemWhy most follow-up fails, and the difference between chasing someone, informing them, and being useful to them. The 5-touch value-led sequence. CRM and WhatsApp automation inside the funnel. The ad-to-appointment handoff.
04
Sales ClosingValue-led conversations that close without pressure. Objection handling. Qualifying without scaring people off. Hands-on closing script.
05
Read the Data, Scale WinnersHow to read your own numbers and see which part worked. A simple rule for when to switch an ad off and when to put more money behind it. Commitment round and certificates.
Day 1, in plain terms

You do not learn prompts. You build a marketing team inside Claude.

Most AI training teaches you to ask better questions. This teaches you to hire. By lunch on day one you will have set up specialists that already know your brand, your buyer and your voice, so you stop re-explaining your business every time you open a chat window.

They work from documents you build in the room, not from generic prompts. That is the whole difference between AI output that sounds like everyone else and output that sounds like you.

The foundation

Your Second Brain

Three documents your whole team reads from: the Identity Document, the Audience Intelligence file and the Swipe Library. Written once, in the room, from your real customer language.

You leave with: all three, filled in.

Hire 01

Your In-house CMO

Holds the strategy. Sets positioning, pulls five angles out of what your customers actually say, and frames the offer as an outcome rather than a discount. It briefs the rest of the team.

You leave with: a positioning statement and five angles.

Hire 02

Your Copywriter

Writes in your voice, because it was briefed on your voice. Hooks, captions, carousels and body variants drafted on-brand instead of rewritten from scratch every time.

You leave with: a batch of on-brand drafts.

The process

The 1-to-Many Content Engine

How the team works together. One long piece becomes a month of content across short video, carousels, captions, posts and email, with every piece given a job in the funnel.

You leave with: your Creative Operating Sheet.

Built live in Claude. The same setup works in ChatGPT or any capable assistant, because what makes it work is the brief, not the tool.

What you leave with

Outputs, not notes

  • A proper test running, set up so the result actually means something

In participants' own words

What changed after

Recorded at an implementation review with a performance marketing team, in the words they used.

The biggest challenge that we faced in the past was the disconnection between the marketing and sales process. Hence, even if we get the leads, the leads doesn't seems to become an appointment. With the help of Stephanie to follow up and streamline the sales process, the appointment percentage has become healthier.

Her insights were truly next-level, and her clear explanations made it easy to apply what I learned to future social media content. The session was highly interactive, and I appreciated how approachable and helpful she was in answering all my questions.

Great session today. Really opened my mind to how other people do marketing. Inspired. I will try to apply the 7 points of contact into my current daily encounters with clients.

Before this, I'm very scared to try to run because it's spending money. The key takeaway is to be brave enough to test. Dare to try, dare to fail.

Stephanie runs her own ad budget and closes her own deals, then teaches the same system in the room. She acts as the outside head of marketing for property developers and SMEs across Malaysia and Singapore, building content and ad systems judged on sales, not on likes.

Her clients keep describing the same problem in the same words: "Enquiries come in, but teams don't know how to follow up or nurture, so leads never become appointments." That gap is what these two days are built to close.

Before you register

Questions people ask

Can I take just one day?

Yes, at RM497 for either day. Two single days comes to RM994, so both days at RM900 actually costs you less than buying the two separately. And day two assumes the positioning, the angles and the creative system that day one builds, so people who take Meta on its own usually end up rebuilding day one alone afterwards.

Do I need to already be running Meta ads?

You should already be producing content or running ads. This is not an introduction to advertising. Bring a live ad account and a real offer, because you will be building on your own account, not on a demo one. If you are still at the beginning, we run a free beginner webinar on Saturday 19 September, 10.30am to 12pm online: Meta ads explained in plain English, plus a 30-minute live run-through of Claude for marketing so you can see what the tool actually does before you commit to two days of it. Message us and we will save you a place. It runs two days before the workshop, so if you book both you arrive already up to speed.

What do I need to bring?

Your own laptop, Meta Ads Manager access, and free accounts on Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity. Set those up before the day so the first hour is spent building, not signing up. Lunch and refreshments are provided on both days, so you do not need to plan around a break. Tell us in advance about any dietary requirements.

How does the HRD Corp claim work?

The programme is registered with HRD Corp and claimable under the SBL-Khas scheme, which is the standard scheme for companies that pay the levy. Your HR or L&D team submits the grant application before the training date, so message us early. We supply the course outline, trainer accreditation and all supporting documentation.

Is it Claude or ChatGPT?

Both, plus Perplexity for research. The system works in any capable AI assistant. What matters is the brief you give it, which is what you build on day one. Demos run live so you can follow along on your own screen.

Can you run this in-house for my team?

Yes. Corporate and in-house runs are available in person at your office or a venue of your choice, and are also SBL-Khas claimable. Message us for a quote.

What happens after the two days?

You leave with a 30-Day Action Plan, and there is a facilitator check-in at Day 30 to see what actually shipped. The plan is the deliverable. The check-in is what makes it happen.

21 & 22 September, 9.30am to 5pm · Batu Kawa Innovation Hub · 30 seats

Two days. Your account. Your offer. Your numbers.

Come with the campaign you are already running and the enquiries that are not closing. Leave with the creative test, the follow-up sequence and the rule for what to scale.
